HPI has been awarded the leasing and management of APEX, a three-story 186k SF class A office building located at 3033 W George Bush Hwy, Plano, TX 75075.

APEX offers tenants 66,000 SF floor plates with 10 ft floor to ceiling glass. Renovations to the building were completed in 2021 and include a new state-of-the-art fitness center, tenant lounge, cafe, and conference center. The building offers abundant parking with direct access to George Bush Tollway. Just minutes away is Cityline, an urban mixed-use development with numerous dining and entertainment options.

Dick Anderson is a founding partner of HPI and serves as its managing partner overseeing day-to-day operations. Dick began his real estate career as an intern for Trammell Crow Company while at Southern Methodist University. Upon graduation, Dick turned his college internship into a five-year marketing career with Trammell Crow, resulting with him serving as Marketing Director for the company’s industrial division before co-founding HPI.
